SELF-CONFIDENCE – Get fit, feel better and learn self-defence from a former World Champion.

NON-CONTACT TRAINING – Everyone can enjoy chessboxing. Training sessions focus on technique, fitness and co-ordination. We use focus pads and punch-bags for practice, not each other!/ChessBOXING TRAINING – mix it up, play some chess, learn boxing skills, all in the same place.

FREE TRAINING – If you are aged between 8 and 19, classes are FREE.

THE FUTURE – We recognise that chessboxing helps people realise their goals in life. Whatever you want to achieve; strategy, skills, patience and fitness will help you get there. The Ringcross ChessBOXING Club is currently developing sponsorship and support schemes for its members to enable them to pursue their dreams and succeed.
